On February 11, the panel discussion titled “Cybersecurity Ecosystem in Azerbaijan: Education, Career Pathways, and Industry Requirements” was successfully held at Baku Higher Oil School.
The event provided a comprehensive platform to explore cybersecurity education opportunities, career trajectories, and evolving industry demands in Azerbaijan. Throughout the session, speakers addressed key competencies required in the labor market, practical skill development, certification pathways, and the importance of hands-on experience in building a successful cybersecurity career.
Our distinguished speakers Sevinj Rajabli, Abbas Aghayev, and Kaklik Garibova shared their real-world professional experiences, discussed challenges in the field, and provided valuable guidance for students and aspiring cybersecurity specialists. Their insights helped participants better understand both technical and soft-skill requirements expected by employers.

The panel discussion was organized within the framework of the CyberBridge project through the partnership of the BANM Cybersecurity Club and the UNEC Social Economic College Cybersecurity Club.
